Required Enrollment Documents
We believe clear expectations create the best experience for students and families. The documents below outline program policies and safety procedures. All families are required to review these documents prior to enrollment to ensure a safe, transparent, and positive experience for every student.
Safety, Structure & Program Standards
We believe parents deserve complete confidence when choosing a summer program. NextWave Summer Academy is intentionally designed to provide a safe, structured, and positive environment where students can grow both academically and socially.

• Small Group Learning Environment — Class sizes are intentionally limited to maintain strong supervision and meaningful engagement.
• Registered Nurse Support — A Registered Nurse will be present on campus during select program hours to support student health and safety needs.
• Athlete-Led Mentorship — Structured athletics are guided by current and former collegiate athletes who serve as daily mentors and role models for students.

• Consistent Staff Per Classroom — Each group is supported by dedicated instructors who build relationships and provide daily structure and accountability.

• Safety-Focused Policies & Procedures — Clear expectations, supervision standards, and program guidelines help create a positive and secure experience for all students.

• Balanced Program Design — Students participate in structured academics, leadership development, team activities, and athletics each day.

• Local Community Program — Built specifically for families in the 4S Ranch community, creating a welcoming and familiar environment for students.
