NextWave Summer Academy is held at Stone Ranch Elementary School in 4S Ranch. The program uses multiple classrooms for small-group learning along with supervised playground and outdoor field areas for daily activities and athletics, creating a safe and engaging environment for students.
We maintain a low staff-to-student ratio to ensure safety, supervision, and individualized attention. Enrollment is intentionally limited so each student receives meaningful support and engagement throughout the program.
Yes. All staff members and instructors undergo background screening and are selected based on their experience working with children in educational or athletic environments. Student safety is our highest priority.
Drop-off begins shortly before program start time, and students must be signed in and out by an authorized adult. Detailed procedures will be provided to enrolled families before the program begins to ensure a safe and efficient process.
Optional early drop-off and extended care are available for families who need additional flexibility.
Early Drop-Off (8:00–9:00 AM): $199 for the full program
Extended Care (3:00–5:00 PM): $299 for the full program
Bundle Both Options: $450 for the full program
Families may indicate interest during enrollment and will receive a registration link closer to the program start date.
Students should bring a water bottle, snack, lunch, comfortable athletic clothing, and closed-toe shoes. Sunscreen and hats are also recommended for outdoor activities.
Tuition (excluding the enrollment deposit) is refundable through May 15th, 2026. After this date, tuition becomes non-refundable due to staffing and program planning commitments. No refunds are issued once the program begins.
Yes! We offer a referral program for families who share NextWave Summer Academy with others.
If a family you refer enrolls:
• You receive $100 back on your tuition
• They receive$50 offtheir enrollment
To claim a referral, the enrolling family must enter the referring parent’s name in the “Referred By” field during registration.
Please note:
• The referral must be listed at the time of registration to be valid
• Referral credit is issued after the referred family completes enrollment
• Only one referral credit may be applied per enrolled student

NextWave Summer Academy is a balanced enrichment program combining educational learning, leadership development, and structured athletics. The goal is to keep students engaged while building confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
Not at all. Students of all ability levels are welcome. Activities are adapted so beginners feel comfortable while more experienced students stay engaged and challenged.
The program is designed for students ages 6–13 and activities are adapted to be age-appropriate and engaging for all participants.
For younger students, financial literacy is taught through fun games and teamwork challenges focused on earning, saving, and decision-making — not classroom lectures. Older students participate in more advanced simulations and projects.
Students are grouped by age and developmental level for most activities to ensure they feel supported, confident, and appropriately challenged.
NextWave combines the fun and social experience of summer camp with structured activities that build confidence, teamwork, and real-world skills. Students stay active and engaged while learning through hands-on experiences.
Yes. Families will receive regular updates and communication throughout the program so parents can stay connected to their child’s experience.
NextWave Summer Academy runs Monday through Friday during the program dates. Please note that there will be no program held on Thursday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.
No. While athletics are part of each day, the focus is confidence, teamwork, and skill development — not competition or performance. Activities are designed to be supportive, inclusive, and fun for all experience levels.
Yes — this is our founding summer. Enrollment is intentionally limited so we can create a high-quality, small-group experience and build the program thoughtfully from the start.

No. NextWave Summer Academy will be closed in observance of Juneteenth. Our program schedule is planned with this holiday in mind, so families can expect a full and well-paced program experience throughout the session. We look forward to welcoming students back the following program day.
Our small-group environment and coach-led activities are designed to help children build confidence naturally through teamwork and positive encouragement.
